Privacy Please

I live in a house with 3 sisters and 2 brothers and everyone just thinks they can just barge in on me when I am in my bedroom or sometimes even in the bathroom! My sisters are younger than me, so they just come right on in, and when I complain to my mom about it, she just says, "Oh, they are little, they don't know any better." But, I really would like to have some time to myself without the whole world just dropping in without even knocking. Any suggestions?

I used to have the same problems in my house except... my sibs come in the room when my friends are over. I get really upset. But now that they have there own friends to play with they don't bug me as much. But I still have a little brother who still bothers me, but I know that when he gets a little older he will play with his friends as well.

i have too brothers both younger and they do the same all i do is lock myself in my room with music for me that relaxes me soo hope that helps

ask your mom if you can get a door lock or even some me time 15 min a day

I have a little sister too so I know what it is like. Maybe you should put up a sign that says knock first

Dear Jackie - Have a serios talk with your parents about getting a lock on your bedroom & bathroom OR put a sign on your door that says PLEASE KNOCK to remind them to knock before they come in !

I also have this problem, and I kindly asked my mum for a lock and key. Now my brother is out of my room(and out of my hair!).

I would ask my mom if I can lock the door on the bathroom door and in my room. I feel sorry for you St Louis!

I'd teach the younger kids to knock especially so that they would not invade others privacy

I have a few answers : 1. Ask them nicely to knock . 2. Lock your door . 3. Ask them to give you privacy . I understand. I have a annoying sister too.
