Keeping Covered

I hope I am not the only one with this problem. I am going into 6th grade, and I will have to change my clothes for gym class. If you don't dress out, your grade gets lowered. Basically, this is the only way you don't get an A in gym. So, I will need to change my clothes. The only problem is that I don't like other people to see me change. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?? ~Super Shy in San Francisco

last year was my first year in 6th grad and i felt the same way!! what i did is wore under shirts under my clothes so when i changed no one would see me and any ways people are not paying attention to you thay are paying attention to getting themselves dress so they are not late for class!!

i am going to 6th too and have the same problem. you can have one shirt on then start putting the other shirt on while taking the first shirt off it might be confusing but it works for me

I would either wear the gym clothes under my clothes on gym days or right before you go to gym class go to the bathroom to change, showing up to gym class in your gym clothes already!

If I were you I would take my clothes to the closest bathroom and change there.

I would suggest you to go to the princapal and ask for you own changing ares so you can change in private! I know how you feel because I'm totally shy! People got used to me and welcomed me to their enviroment and I got used to my surrounding! I hope you get used to you environment and ask the princapal for what you want. And you already got an A++++++++++ to me in gym .

i would just go into a bathroom stall to change, or wear your gym clothes to school but wear your regular clothes over it.

It's ok to be shy. Maybe you should change really fast so nobody can see you. Or you can ask if you can go to the bathroom and change. Hope this helps!
